• Staff: 10 The team working the front desk were very polite and always helpful. Give them all raises or buy them lunch.

• Room: 10 Loved the room. Bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. Hardwood floors were a plus. I cannot say enough about the baclony and view.
• Value for money: 10 Spent a little under $500 for a 9th floor room with a balcony overlooking the city that included a decent breakfast with variety. Tremendous value for money
