• Location: 10 Location was great.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Nice but a bit small when everyone is checking in or out.
• Staff: 7.5 They made a mistake on our reservation. It was supposed to have room for 3 people but only had room for 2. They were full and located a room for our daughter to stay in that was very close and a nice hotel. Just was a bit inconvenient to be split between 2 hotels. They should have noticed that and made the proper arrangements, there were other people having trouble with their reservations also. The staff was helpful though.
• Quietness: 10 Our room was on the busier street but did not have nay noise.
• Room: 7.5 Room was a bit small.
• Value for money: 10 Even with the room being a bit small bathroom was nice, location great, was a good value.
