• Cleanliness: 5 Room was clean, but broken car window class in the garage didn’t have much confidence.
• Location: 7.5 Good location nearby main roads Lyon.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Key card system was broke. Waited due to this inconvenience over 30 minutes to embark. Hotel manager? Was busy with the administration and not helpful with clients.
• Staff: 2.5 See above. Although the clerk worked hard (walking) in opening everybody’s room due to the keycard malfunction.

• Room: 2.5 Smoking odeur with young children is not nice.
• Value for money: Not rated For a family room with parking space and a few drinks and breakfast € 170 + is far to much with the provided services.
