June/2018 Someone from Murcia, aunque por razones laborales resido en Albacete junto a mi familia thinks:

• Overall rating: 8.7
• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: La amabilidad de la gente y la habitación
• Negative: El ruido de ciertos grupos de huespedes (de otro país), estaban en la entrada del hotel tirados de mala forma en los sillones, se quitaban los zapatos, hablaban muy alto, y su comportamiento en general en las zonas comunes como piscina y ascensores.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Classic style lovers, Handicapped, Budget travelers
• Cleanliness: 10 Zonas comunes y habitación muy limpia. Sobre todo nos gusto la limpieza de los baños.
• Location: 10 Cerca de todo lo que nos interesa de Valencia. Y autobús cercano.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Faltan algún que otro ascensor y piscina más grande.
• Staff: 10 Sobre todo la gente de recepción con la que tratamos.
• Quietness: 10 Pese a estar con plena ocupación y muchos grupos de clientes. No se oía nada en las habitación ni tampoco ruidos del exterior.
• Room: 10 genial.
• Value for money: 7.5 en determinadas épocas del año nos gustaría alojarnos en este hotel pero sale muy caras las habitaciones. En esta ocasión esta genial el precio. Pero en ocasiones que nos gustaría alojarnos con ocasión de la maratón de valencia o la media, es imposible por los precios.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Little insects in badroom (Floor) a lot of damage to te rooms (little but too much) However the bedlinen and towels were clean and enough towels.
• Location: 7.5 Good, touristic location, as well connecting to busses, shoppingmall etc.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Reception was bad, bad English language, even the word wake-up call was not recognized. Payment in advance (as if not trusted) No decent sun beds, Pictures with booking(website) are not as it is for real, especially the garden.
• Staff: 5 Not 4*, very basic, looked like trainees, not well dedicated staff.Only the cleaning ladies were very attentive and nice, always a smile, quiet working
• Quietness: 7.5 Only the elevators are making a weird noise which can be heard in the rooms.
• Room: Not rated Shape was oké, Too much damage, not clean, hairs, insects, smelling drain pipes. Not enough coat hangers.
• Value for money: 2.5 normal rooms are fine but the junior suites were a joke, only more space but nothing extra, no luxury amenities, only slippers from a very bad quality..... No beach towel. Only benefit was the minibar. Not worth a € 45,00 per night more that why i switched to another room.
