• Positive: New Year Gala was fantastic, from the amazing food, free bar and entertainment. We enjoyed all the food over our nine night stay. Bathrooms really good and the lift system was also good. I must say we will book again. Thank you
• Negative: The hotel promoted 20% off bar prices at the groups other hotels and bars but they didn't accept my Presidente card. The balcony furniture is uncomfortable and needs to match Don Pancho's recliner chairs.
