• Negative: I could get a cup of coffee at 00:15 as the bar man said it was to late for coffee. You allowed sun beds to be saved even though you had a sign up. We couldn't get a sun bed and umbrella as by 9:00 they all had towels in them but no-one on them. Either enforce the sign you have up or take it down.

• Positive: Location, choice of food at buffet, lovely terrace at front of hotel. Have stayed here 3 times so I must like it!
• Negative: Being on 9th floor! Not hotels fault, there may not have been any other rooms as it was a late booking.
