• Positive: How new everything is given the remodel in 2018. The sound insulation from the street was effective. The Philippines 10 was the nicest establishment in Benidorm, very plush. The day beds by the pools is great when you have a baby.
• Negative: The internet is intermittent by the pool. You cant put drinks on your room at the pool bar or in the gallery. Never being asked if we are residents in the hotel to receive the promotional discount. The buffet is on a weekly rotation, not great if you are staying two weeks. A few more sun loungers are required on the upper deck. Some music by the pool would have been welcomed.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The cleanliness level is great, shame they did not clean the tea/coffee cups. Often the mirror in the bathroom wasnt cleaned.
• Location: 10 Great location, but that is what you pay for.
• Common facilities and services: 10 What I would expect for a 4 star
• Staff: 10 Always friendly, helpful and well presented
• Quietness: 7.5 The sound insulation is good, however, it is on a popular intersection with a cabaret show across the way.
• Room: 10 More drawer space is the only thing we noticed
• Value for money: 7.5 The intermittent internet by the pool was a big annoyance, the weekly buffet which had chicken nuggets and hamburgers one night is not the standard I would expect from a 4 star hotel, other nights were much better. Also, chips at breakfast.... on the other hand, the range of choice was great and the price of drinks was great.
