• Location: 10 Right in the heart of Madrid city.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Had to mention the restaurant staff was among the best In any restaurant I had visited.
• Staff: 10 The best staff I have been seen in a hotel. They gave us directions to all the major sites and were eager to answer any questions we had in both English or Spanish
• Quietness: 7.5 They is understandable since it's on a busy street in a lively party of town.
• Room: 10 Room for was very modern and looked like it was updated with the latest amenities just recently.
• Value for money: 10 Great price and would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friend who are visiting Madrid. I would definitely come back and plan to.
