• Cleanliness: 10 Room was well cleaned each day. The restaurant and bar area was very clean.
• Location: 10 Excellent location in central Madrid. Within walking distance of the main tourist sights.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 No problem logging on to hotel Wifi
• Staff: 10 All staff encountered were courteous and friendly. The staff at the reception desk were particularly efficient and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Double doors to balcony kept out any outside noise. No noise inside.
• Room: 10 Superior room was very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely to have the small balcony and the fridge with complimentary beverages. A good variety of toiletries was provided in the spacious bathroom
• Value for money: 7.5 Price for room only was expensive but romantic package price was good value.
