• Cleanliness: 10 Couldnt fault the cleanliness of the room
• Location: 10 very close to metro
• Common facilities and services: 5 no proper bar
• Staff: 7.5 Very fiendly reception staff but staff in dining room were not helpful or particularly courteous
• Quietness: 10 very quiet in room
• Room: 5 pleasant but rather small ( we had a twin)
• Value for money: 5 Quite expensive for such a small room and lacking in facilities for tea/coffe and bar area

• Staff: 10 La amabilidad y eficiencia del personal del hotel fue increible. Nos ayudaron a buscar restaurantes, nos hicieron reservas en la peluqueria, etc. y todo con una buena disposición y sonrisa

• Room: 5 smallish and austere, view looked into windows across the alley, bed was very comfortable. Bidet in bathroom, free minibar.
• Value for money: 7.5 We had a special bed and breakfast rate that made it a good value, otherwise, it would be a little expensive for us.
