• Positive: The views were spectacular.
• Negative: That smoking is permitted in eating areas, as a non smoker and aware as common knowledge would have it, passive smoking ( breathing in other people's cigarette exhalations ) are as destructive as being a smoker yourself. This made our mealtimes uncomfortable and undesirable which was unfortunate because the food was first class.

• Staff: 10 Very helpful, pleasant and accommodating, all of them .
• Quietness: 5 The adjoining room, for which there was a door in our room, allowed noise, we could hear their hair dryer as though it was in our room an d their toilet flushing plus on occasions their conversing.

• Positive: Fantastic view from the terrace. Nice and quiet, an very clean. Fantastic staff. We love especially Alex in the bar, Who always are nice and helpfull, all the girls in the restaurant, and Raul who can bring til smile forward. This was our second time, at the hotel.
• Negative: I Wonder why There is no free wifi in the rooms and the restaurant, the Price is to high. The rent of safety box in the room should be free, it is in most hotels we have been to

• Positive: Hotel had great facilities and all staff were helpful but notably front desk staff as they provided all the information we needed for booking trips, visits to places of interest and all general information, they made our stay very enjoyable and helped with all our decision making

• Location: 10 Despite 139 steps up to this hotel from marina, it is very accessible and views from restaurant make up for climb
• Common facilities and services: 10 Pool area was very clean and an enjoyable environment to spend time out in sun, free wifi in lobby was very handy and paying €15 for a weeks worth with accessibility throughout hotel was very worthwhile. Fantastic selection at breakfast, all food of good quality and plenty of it. Buffet dinner selection was also very good and music entertainment on tue and thurs was excellent, thoroughly recommend to dine here.
• Staff: 10 Front desk staff were very efficient, listened and remembered all our requests. They provided all the information we needed to make decisions on places to visit, sites to see, restaurants to eat in. I could not recommend them highly enough. Staff throughout hotel were very friendly, efficient and helpful
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 Room was a good size and standard, would have preferred a better view but did not spend long in room to get benefit of it
• Value for money: 10 Great value for money, the staff and good facilities and services made this hotel one our better holidays
