• Negative: Dificultad para regular la temperatura adecuada: el primer día hacía un calor espantoso a pesar de tener el termostato a 17 grados. El último día el personal dejó encendido el aire acondicionado a la mínima temperatura y máxima potencia; cuando llegamos por la tarde-noche al hotel la habitación estaba helada; tuvimos que estar todo el tiempo con el edredón encima porque no había manera de entrar en calor.
