• Negative: Reservierung der Poolliegen ab morgens um 7 h und die Leute nutzen diese mitunter gar nicht. Der Lifeguard sollte hier regelmäßig liegen in guter Position freimachen. So ist es wie in einem Ballermann zwei Sterne Hotel...

• Cleanliness: 5 Teilweise Haare im Bett und im Badbereich
• Location: 7.5 Leider wenig Strand in der unmittelbaren Nähe, ansonsten aber super mit Zugang zum Meer und Nähe zu Palma
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Zimmer und Reataurants gut, Fitnessraum uralt, ohne Klimaanlage und arg überholungsbedürftig
• Staff: 5 Freundlichkeit wirkt arg aufgesetzt und nicht „natürlich“, ausgenommen die Kellener im Restaurant. Ignorante Gäste dürften auf ihr Fehlverhalten auch in guten Gotels gerne aufmerksam gemacht werden!
• Quietness: 5 Mitunter sehr laute Gäste und Lautstärke wird ignoriert.
• Room: 7.5
• Value for money: 7.5 3,5 wäre die genauere Bewertung
