• Negative: It was very very very noisy. The drunken revellers out until about 5 am and then emptying of bottle banks and bins from 5 till 6am. Don't go here if you want to sleep at night. Staff were surly and unhelpful. We were charged an exhorbitant rate for keeping the room after check out time. Restaurant was extremely expensive and not very good. Other restaurants on La Rambla were much better value for money. I could go on.

• Negative: There is no coffee/tea making facilities despite paying more for a Deluxe room. Not even a kettle to boil water! Also, there is no full size mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The noise was not from the streets but from the house cleaning staff each morning on the corridor.

• Negative: no tiene que ver nada con las fotos que nos enseñan aquí. la direccion no es correcta para el navegador, el nº 45 est´s en las tres ramblas. el reccionista no es eficiente. y la habitacion que me dieron era de 1estrella, ni minibar ni acogedora... antes de volver cotejaria otras pociones.
