• Negative: Although the front desk staff were absolutely lovely, they seemed a bit disorganised. I had asked at the time of booking if I could get a late checkout but was emailed some time later to advise know but when I received the email a few days before my stay, it offered late checkout. I obviously selected this but despite asking every day if this was possible, no one was able to give me a definite answer until the day I left.
