  • Positive: Location, location, location - but that I already knew. Premium room was preety and spacious, thank you for the kind one night upgrade! Angela , Victor and Nacho were all extremely helpful at the front desk - muchas Grácias and keep on the Good work
  • Negative: Like in so many good hotels in Madrid, a bathtub seems increasingly hard to come by. The wifi (via Magallanes system) kept on going on and off, obliging one to reinsert the wifi password but maybe that was just my personal tablet...

  • Location: 10 That área of Chamberi is one of the best, and prettiest of whole Madrid
  • Common facilities and services: 5 Cannot say much, since breakfast room was not yet available
  • Staff: 10

  • Room: 7.5 Premium (room on the second Floor); street view is what one would expect in that leafy, fancy neighbourhood. Fairly nice, not exceptional.
  • Value for money: 7.5 Of course! Actually got the upgrade on the first night. The only reason why I am not rating it exceptional is that I thought prices were a bit inflated across Madrid on that particular Saturday night.
