• Positive: the position of the hotel and the very helpfull staff they kept our bags after checking out which was very helpfull irene on reception was a very lovley girl thankyou.

• Cleanliness: 10 the hotel was spotlessly clean the location was the best you could wish for facilities were everything you could want all staff were very helpfull and polite although the hotel was on placa catalunya you would not know it from inside it was very quite the room was very modern and comfortable beds. the veiw looked into the centre of the hotel which didnt mater as we were out mostly it was still light and bright very good value for money

• Location: 10 Could not have been better- ideally located for all the main sights, tourist & airport bus & with greath views.
• Common facilities and services: 10 More than adequate.
• Staff: 10 Always helpful & pleasant.
• Quietness: 7.5 Exceptionally quiet given that the hotel is located in the heart of a city & one of the main tourist squares in Barcelona. Maybe being on the 10th floor helped? Never heard any noise from the adjoining rooms.
• Room: 10 Very spacious even with an extra bed in th room for our child.
