  • Positive: Lo mejor sin duda el trato de los recepcinistas, en especial uno que se llamaba Alberto, que nos recomendo e indico lugares que sólo los conoce gente muy bien informada. También estuvo bien la localización ya que es muy buena a 200 metros del tren. del metro y del centro de la ciudad. Anteriormente estuvimos en el hotel Ac y sin duda me quedo con este.
  • Negative: Nada todo bien.

  • Positive: El buen trato de los recepcionistas y que nos mandaron a todos los sitios donde queriamos ir sin que nos perdieramos.
  • Negative: Soy un poco obsesiva con los recepcionistas jaja, pero otro chico de por la noche me pareció muy desagradable y desinformado de su propio hotel. Le pregunté por varias cosas y no supo decirme nada en claro y se contradecia, se llamaba Francisco.

  • Cleanliness: 10 Todo muy limpio en general la verdad y eso que había una boda.
  • Location: 10 Cerca el metro, el tren, el aeropuerto, el CET, el centro de la ciudad, la Comisaria de Policia...

  • Staff: 10 Un trato muy personalizado y excelente sobre todo la chica de por la tarde (Lorena) y el chico de noche (Alberto), pero en general muy bien
