• Cleanliness: 7.5 There is a mold and mildew problem on some of the tiling in the shower and on the shower curtain.
• Location: 10 No complaints here! Rouen is a beautiful city and all points of interest were within close walking distance.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Did not have much of an opportunity to use the common areas but it looked nice and the breakfast was good, if but a little expensive.
• Staff: 10 Absolutely wonderful staff who were very polite, helpful, and accommodating.
• Quietness: 5 It was easy to hear the neighbors talking in their rooms or their television if they were watching it. Likewise, because the room would get hot due to lack of fans or A/C we had to open the window and the street noise was quite loud.
• Room: 7.5 Comfortable bed and pillows for the most part--bottom line, we had 2 good nights of sleep.
• Value for money: 10 If I were to ever come back to Rouen, or have friends visit, I would definitely seek out Hotel Morand. We were very happy with the value received. Thank you!
