• Quietness: 2.5 We had rooms facing onto the square. On the first night there was a lot of noise outside in the early hours of the morning which disturbed sleep.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 the room was very clean although the bed cover had a stain on it.
• Location: 10 right beside the metro station and tour bus stop. shops just around the corner
• Common facilities and services: 5 no iron although we needed something ironed and they said it would take three hours. We said we needed it within the hour and it was done in less than half an hour
• Staff: 10 very helpful
• Quietness: 5 air conditioning not working in the room had to open windows and it was noisy then.
• Room: 5 double room very small, glad we weren%27t in room for too long. our friends had two single beds in there room and was more spacious.
• Value for money: 10 we got what we paid for

• Negative: Habitación algo pequeña. La cama de matrimonio era de 1,80 de largo, pequeña para personas de mayor altura.
