• Positive: Very good hotel, even tough they speak less english they tried there best. Very kind people at the desk as cleaning people. Room was super (708). Very good for everything. • Location: 5 As far as location goes it depends are where you are looking to stay while in Valencia. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Arts/sciences museum area; but for the Center city area it is a 10-15 minute metro ride and the metro stop itself is 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The Port is 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The metro system is very convenient but if your looking to spend time in the Center City this may not be the best hotel in terms of location.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 There is a gym facility that is advertised on the internet that is no longer available.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff was friendly and helpful in terms of getting around the city and recommendations on places to eat, visit etc.

• Value for money: 10 For the price we paid even despite the distance from the center of the city it was worth the price.

• Positive: The central place in Madrid. We hardly used the underground. But also the amenities of the hotel, just perfect. Nice staff, clean rooms, and the airconditioning kept the temperature at 20 degrees without any noice.
