• Positive: The location is great and the double rooms looking over the street have a good size and reasonable natural light. I was from Sunday to Wednesday and it was very silent. All employees were very friendly and helping. I worked one morning in a meeting room that was very comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a nice atmosphere. I think it is a very good value.

• Positive: Cuando llegamos al hotel el recepcionista nos dijo que si no nos importaba alojarnos en otro justo al lado (Hotel Ópera) ya que en había unos estudiantes conflictivos en el Meninas y no nos iban a dejar descansar. Fue todo un detalle por su parte y muy de agradecer. Por lo tanto nos alojamos en el Ópera y todo muy bien.
