• Staff: 10 Except that during breakfast time, one of the staff was not very friendly when we had breakfast late. Receptionists, housekeeping lady, and the other staff serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

• Positive: No estaba muy contento con mi habitacíon, puesto que iba a un patio de luces. Pero el personal hizo todo lo posible, para cambiuarme la habitación en la próxima noche ya, que iba a la calle y que tenía mucha luz.

• Positive: The people who work there - very helpful and competent. Beautiful building, nice mix of light-hearted decoration (the drawings on the walls) and historic preservation. Room was clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Location is great.
