• Positive: The grounds and cleanliness of the rooms and social areas. The updated dining area.
• Negative: The gritty stones around the pool areas. The constant telling off by the lifeguards to the children for playing with balls or inflatables in the pools. No orange juice unless upgrade. The mini golf gone. The back gate being shut.

• Positive: Zona verde y ubicación, ya lo conocía ese fue el motivo de ir al hotel. Cena de nochevieja.
• Negative: 1. La cena de cortesía que te regala el hotel por estar cinco noche imposible reservar a pesar de la escasa ocupación del hotel, me quedé con la sensación de engaño. 2. El comedor a pesar de la reforma, apareció una cucaracha en mitad del comedor. La comida del bufete repetitiva y de baja calidad, hace casi doce años que conozco el hotel y la sensación fue de aburrimiento. La fiesta de fin de año, fuera de todo control respecto de medidas sanitarias.
