• Location: 10 Excellent location in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Madrid, and right next to the Prado.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Really no common areas aside from a couch in the lobby. Lobby connects to a coffee shop/bar which is fine.

• Room: 5 We appreciated the spaciousness, but the apartment was overdue for a renovation and the "blue" theme was a little jarring.

• Quietness: 5 We stayed for two nights, April 10 and 11, in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, and we loved it. The rooms were very quiet. However, when we came back and stayed on April 20, we were on the second floor, and noise in the morning was terrible; all of the voices from the lobby traveled up the stairwell to our room, and there were 2 cleaning women who had a very lengthy and loud argument in the cleaning supply closet outside of our room in the morning, waking us up. There was no noise from outside the hotel. Next time, we will ask for a room on one of the higher floors.
