• Location: 10 between Retiro and Prado, everything close, area felt safe
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 wonderful sangria
• Staff: 10 wonderful staff
• Quietness: 10 truly silent, could open windows for fresh air and it was quiet outside all night
• Room: 7.5 beds could have been a bit more comfortable
• Value for money: 7.5 got a reduced price for early booking on internet which was then good value

• Positive: location, price and laundry service. This time I stayed in Room 702 and greatly enjoyed the wrap-around balcony and pool (that I did not use).

• Location: 10 Right behind the Prado
• Common facilities and services: 5 No lobby, and only a cafeteria attached, closed on Sunday. Good bakery down two blocks with coffee and juice available as well
• Staff: 7.5 Some more helpful than others, but all very nice

• Room: 7.5 No frills, but clean and comfortable, though the easy chair in the living room was as uncomfortable as a chair could be!
