• Location: Not rated Almost inaccessible - 25 minute drive from nearest town down dirt track with huge pot holes - our hire car was wrecked
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Lack of luxury - only soap was provided in rooms (no conditioner, lotion or anything luxurious like this), no milk for our coffee
• Staff: 5 Friendly, but very slow food service (1.5 hours for a simple burger room service!)
• Quietness: 5 Quiet location but works on the hotel woke us up most morning
• Room: 2.5 Fine room but dark and very little luxury items
• Value for money: Not rated We paid 450 euros for a less than luxurious stay in an off peak October week and feel very stung by the price. It was our honeymoon so we are really disappointed and think we should have paid 100euros per night maximum

• Negative: We had to change the room because there was a noise of a machine... In general, we didn't have the feeling it was an eco hotel. The fact of the cups made of coffee and other small things doesn't give this attribute. On the other hand we consider it is not really a 5 stars because in the room there are not several conditions for it: no amenities, not preparation of the room in the afternoon, and other details of 5 stars.

• Value for money: 5 Que no haya un mínimo de cepillo diente, crema cuerpo... en un hotel de 4 estrellas es un error. La primera vez que fui había, ahora han cambiado la polítuca y no hay. Ha bajado la calidad de la comida y los detalles en la habitación. En dos meses ha empeorado.

• Negative: Breakfast took an hour even though there were no more than 8 other people. Facilities are limited. Access road very unpleasant. No information re area, walks etc no drinking water round pool, no sockets for phones etc in room .

• Cleanliness: 5 El spa no estaba limpio. La habitación no estaba repasada correctamente, polvo, bañera atascada. El teléfono no funciono (avisamos a recepción pero no se arreglo) Hicimos un masaje al lado de la piscina y había una garrafa de cloro al lado de las camillas.

• Common facilities and services: 5 El Spa esta completamente dejado. El baño turco no funcionaba (le falta un trozo en la puerta para que se pueda cerrar) En la sauna, no hay reloj, el termómetro marcaba mas de 105ºC Las duchas están en malas condiciones (suciedad)
