  • Negative: My reception upon arrival. Young female receptionist offered no welcome and didn't smile. Very unimpressive. If I hadn't stayed before, it would have really put me off. A contrast to the receptionist who looked after me on check-out. Friendly and efficient.

  • Positive: La ubicación, el trato personal de todos los empleados del hotel, su parking privado, la comida del restaurante, las instalaciones del hotel y las atenciones recibidas.
  • Negative: Nos alojamos en la primera planta habitación 112 y desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos notamos un intenso olor a cerrado o humedad, en toda la planta y en la habitación. Deberían corregir este detalle, sería una mejora imprescindible.
