• Negative: No air conditioning. when I made enquiry as to why it was not working I was told that it was switched off and we could use the fan. There was always an odour in the room and there was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. When the windows were shut there was little street noise however due to the air conditioning been switched off we were unable to open the windows as there was a lot of street noise. There were too many rules such as not being able to wash items in the room and also consuming food in the room.
