- Negative: El SPA estaba sucio... el agua sucia. El baño en si (por los azulejos) es muy húmedo. Faltaban accesorios (pasta dientes,..etc)

- Negative: El jacuzzi parecia viejo a causa de un mal mantenimiento lo mas seguro, las puertas no estaban insonorizadas

- Room: 5 Contrasta el diseño tan elegante con la sinuosidad del edificio y lo mal distribuido para mi gusto.

- Negative: the old room doors, you can hear any noise from outside.

- Location: 7.5 in front of the Virgen del Pilar, it is a good location for walking in downtown, but bad for car access, because cars are not allowed in the pedestrian zone.
- Common facilities and services: 5 internet access available but not always working, free spa but with shower door broken.
- Staff: 10 very welcoming and available for any question
- Quietness: 2.5 Church-view rooms are noisy because of the bell ringing each hour, but wonderful view.
- Room: 5 good size of the bedroom, smallest bathroom.
- Value for money: 7.5 definitely good value
