• Sauberkeit: 2,5 Room 206. Bathroom very outdated, tiles chipped, sink chipped. Cleaner had a very hard job to do anything with ants on the floor and in the bed. Not the cleaners fault, state of the hotel.

• Ruhe: Nicht bewertet Never before been in a 4 star hotel where the noise level was so bad. Party taking place right above our room on 20th October, this went on until 02:30 followed by party guests walking in heels above our room until at least 04:00. Sound proofing extremely poor. Doors slamming in corridors that would shake a room.
• Zimmer: Nicht bewertet Expected so much more from a 4 star hotel. Room 206 was extremely outdated. Curtains did not fit the window properly, net curtains were dirty and in desperate need of renewing. No extra touches in the bathroom i.e Face creams, hand creams, cotton wool pads etc.
• Preis-Leistungs: Nicht bewertet We paid 502.48 EUR for 3 nights half board, disgusting. I have never been served such bad food in any restaurant before. To be served pizza for an evening meal is and liver which was from the night before is beyond words. This hotel is not worthy of a 4 star. Rooms disgusting, food disgusting. Still waiting for a refund. Hotel receptionist promised she would phone me regarding a refund for the Saturday 20th October, the night of the party. She said she needed to speak with the director because she was unable to give a refund without consulting the director. Director never answered her phone before we had to leave for our flight home. We paid 176 EUR for the Saturday night, I would appreciate some of that back, if not all of it. THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED.

• Positiv: Spa íntimo y la tranquilidad del hotel.
• Negativ: La comida del buffet. Me alojé con régimen de media pensión y la calidad y servicio del restaurante fue muy muy pobre. Desayuno: los zumos eran terribles, ya que no son naturales que al menos tengan un buen sabor. Tener en cuenta que la oferta de desayuno es muy escueta es de agradecer tener variedad de panes y mermeladas. Cena: me sorprendió muchísimo que pusieran tortillas españolas precocidadas de supermercado. No tengo dudas ya que vimos al cocinero sacándolas de la nevera. En cuanto al servicio de mesa (camareros) muy atentos. Algo sorprendente es la gran diferencia de trato entre unos clientes y otros. En 3 ocasiones un cocinero ofrecía comida fuera del buffet a otros clientes frente a nosotros, creandonos sensación de incomodidad. Cuando me alojo en un Hotel y pago un plus por la comida espero la misma calidad que en un restaurante medio, y sobretodo que vaya en concordancia con su categoría de cuatro estrellas.
