• Positive: Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, leider ohne Balkon. Zum Trocknen der Badekleidung hat man sehr wenig Platz.

• Positive: El trato que tuvieron con nosotros. El día que llegamos no quedaban habitaciones, y como ya habiamos Reservado nos alojaron en un hotel pegado al nuestro, solo la primera noche, y después nos compensaron alojándonos en una suite e invitandonos a cenar todos los días en el hotel. Fueron muy amables.
• Negative: El agua del spa está bastante fría comparada con la temperatura de un spa “normal”, aunque con el calor que hacía también se agradecía, es más que nada una corrección para los meses que haga más frío.

• Location: 10 Está a un minuto de la playa y todo el paseo que sigue el hotel está lleno de restaurantes y hay hioermercados cerca. Lo único que le falta quizás es algún establecimiento tipo bar para tomar algo por la noche.

• Room: 10 El tamaño de la habitación, la terraza, el baño... más grande de lo esperado, muy bien. Lo único que cambiaría sería que en el baño añadiría un cajón o un armario pequeñito para colocar el neceser y demás.

• Location: 10 A côté de la plus belle plage de l'île. Nombreux commerces et services au pied de l'hôtel.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Hôtel très beau et agréable. Piscines et spas top. Petits bars sympas, surtout celui de la piscine. Petits-déjeuners excellents.
• Staff: 10 Toujours le sourire.
• Quietness: 5 L'hôtel est sur une grande avenue, donc il y a un peu de bruit.
• Room: 10 Très belle chambre, grande et épurée. Grand balcon avec vue sur une des piscine. Seul petit bémol : les toilettes ne sont pas séparées de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The cleaning staff was excellent! But please - tone down the room-freshener spray!
• Location: 2.5 This area is filled with turist-traps. Eventhough our hotel did not have any entertainment (thank you), you could clearly hear it from other hotels. Loud music & speakers. I knew that the area was a little like Alcudia - but not this much. Plus I thought that the hotel will give me the silence and tranquility I needed. But - not exactly.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Fine pool-bar, good food & staff. Did not use the spa-facilities. Two pools - nice. We stayed by the one with divided lanes, because it was less crowded and the area more quiet.
• Staff: 7.5 Exept the gentleman that seated people at breakfast. We where a party of two, a table by the window was about to be preparred - we waited be the table, when he came over with a party of tree and gave them the table and showed us to at table by the aisle for two. That´s not okay. We found ourselves another table by the window.
• Quietness: 2.5 I the night time, with closed doors it was okay - eventhough the walls are a bit thin. The area around the hotel are not at all quiet! If that is what you need - find another hotel.
• Room: 5 Nice bedroom. The livingarea - with a plastic bedsofa, was okay but not very comfy and cosy. We did not use that area. The balcony was big and with very nice chairs. A minus though that smoking on the balcony is allowed. Our neighbors smoked - which meant that we got the smoke on out balcony too.
• Value for money: 2.5 I will not say that this is a 4* hotel! 3 to 3,5 tops. It is okay, very nice beds, clean and relatively modern.
