• Cleanliness: 7.5 I found the bathroom not to be as clean as it could have been.
• Location: 10 Location is unbeatable!
• Common facilities and services: 10 It has everything you need
• Staff: 10 We were quickly changed to another room when we requested it, without any problem at all.
• Quietness: 5 But, being in the centre of everything, that is to be expected.
• Room: 10 The first room we were given was very dark and dingy, I didn´t like it at all and asked if there would be a possibility to change, we were changed to a room at the front of the hotel which was bigger and brighter, it was very nice!
• Value for money: 10 Very reasonable for the second room we were given. I wouldn´t have paid more however.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The hotel served a comprehensive breakfast buffet that was a bit pricey for the Thursday morning we were there. But at half the price on the Wednesday morning it was a much better deal. Unfortunately, we didn%27t discover it until Thursday!

• Room: 7.5 We were fortunate to have a very large bedroom with a window onto a major street . The king-size bed was a bit too hard, but otherwise this was a very good deal.
