• Positive: Very convenient to Metros, main streets and Teatro Real and Palace. Could get anywhere easily
• Negative: There was only one mirror-in the bathroom. No shelves in bathroom to put your toiletries etc. There were 3 women in our room and more mirrors and shelves to put our cosmetics would have been very nice. Had to carry out everything out of bathroom so the next person could use. There was plenty of areas in the bedroom where mirrors could be hung.

• Location: 10 Very good location. But could get lot of noise off the street

• Staff: 10 All were very helpful and made our stay easy
• Quietness: 2.5 our room faced the street, so lots of noise from young people and trucks.
• Room: 5 I have had smaller rooms so this was not the problem. The problem as stated earlier was that there were no shelves to put your toiletries. Had to take everything in and out each time. Need more mirrors than the only one in the bathroom. Maybe even some hooks on the wall would have helped. We had 3 females and it was difficult getting ready. Extra mirrors outside of the bathroom would have helped tremendously.
