• Positive: Está perfectamente ubicaco: muy cerca de la Gran Vía y sin embargo muy tranquilo. En esta calle sólo pasan los coches que van hacia un parking (es prácticamente peatonal). La habitación, sin ser demasiado grande, suficiente para una pareja.

• Location: 10 Nos gusta instalarnos en un hotel cerca de Gran Vía, pues nos encanta ir a ver alguna obra de teatro.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Destacar el servicio de cafetería/restaurante del hotel. Una noche llegamos que ya estaban cerrando y sin embargo nos atendieron. Los precios para comer son económicos. Hacen además un menú por 7,90 € y se come bastante bien. Además nos ofrecieron una excursión gratuita por Madrid que estuvo muy bien y también destacar la actitud de la guía.

• Quietness: 10 Nos tocó una habitación en la cuarta planta y no nos podemos quejar ni del ruido de la calle ni de la gente de las habitaciones de la misma planta.

• Positive: the rooms. It was colorful and a great idea to make all rooms as a country. Staff was also very polite. Special thanks to young man who was working at evening when we arrived (17th january) He really made us feel welcome. 5 stars to him!
• Negative: Cleaning seemed like it hasn't been finished few times, there were for example some washing liquids in toilet and the toilet brush thing really stunk! Otherwise everything was ok.
