• Positive: Ambience and setting. New swimming pool is fabulous.
• Negative: Evening dinner very disappointing. Choice limited and presentation poor. The English menu littered with spelling mistakes and the choices too basic with no flair or imagination. The food was one of the reasons we liked this hotel but it is now so poor. It should offer traditional Spanish fare not club sandwiches or frozen swordfish and chips!!

• Positive: El entorno, el edifcio y la amabilidad del personal. Es un lugar impresionante, unas instalaciones y jardines espectaculares y gente atenta por todas partes. Un gustazo.
• Negative: Las habitaciones están muy bien pero falta un poco de mantenimiento, sobre todo en el baño. Están a nivel de un tres estrellas muy alto o cuatro estrellas justitas.

• Cleanliness: 10 Correcta.
• Location: 10 No es evidente llegar pero precisamente su ubicación es lo que da un valor altísimo al hotel
• Common facilities and services: 10 Solo usamos el bar, restaurante y terraza. Las tres instalaciones muy bien.
• Staff: 10 Espléndidos. Del primero al último.
• Quietness: 10 El entorno es muy tranquilo y al estar entre semana, el ruido de otras habitaciones era escaso y dentro de lo habitual en hoteles.
• Room: 5 Bien aunque debe revisarse el equipamiento de la habitación (si lo considero un 4 estrellas). Principalmente en el baño: la ducha (grifos y mampara) y el secador. En cuanto a la habitación, la falta de algún que otro enchufe y quizás algo de minibar. La cama espléndida y la terraza un auténtico lujo.
• Value for money: 10 Muy buena. Uno de los principales argumentos. Se trata de un hotel en un entorno magistral, con personal muy atento y profesional y donde nos hemos sentido muy a gusto.
