• Staff: 7.5 Room reserved through Travelocity with balcony. Verified by Travelocity. They switched us to a small interior room.
• Quietness: 2.5 Constant roar of traffic and noisy youngsters at night on sidewalks.
• Room: Not rated After paying $10 xtra for upgrade to balcony I had already paid for through Travelocity, was put in room off alley with balcony.
• Value for money: 2.5 Sign on roof sitting area. forbids you to bring any drink there but theirs. 6 channels on tv. 14 euros for breakfast per person.
