• Room: 5 The pictures & description on the website are misleading as the room is smaller than depicted on the website & the description make it sound like the bedroom is separate but it isn't as it siesnt have a door also the light streams in through the glass door & the blinds for the door on the balcony does not keep the light out.

El viento tiró a la piscina una bolsa y otros desperdicios y, con la piscina vacia y la bolsa a 3 metros de ella, fue incapaz de levantarse a recogerla, como trabajadora del hotel que es. Tuve yo que, al ver que no se inmutaba, ir a recogerlo cuando ni si quiera era mio, simplemente por civismo.

• Positive: The hotel is located in the perfect spot for exploring Puerto Rico. The staff are lovely, the food was great and the cocktails were delicious (having a happy hour twice a day is a good idea) the chef and waiting staff were fantastic, tremendous value for money. The reception staff were exceptional and friendly even giving my wife a bottle of wine for her birthday which was during our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and it really was amazing and at great value. Overall a place we would highly recommend – 5 stars.
