• Negative: THE AIR CONDITIONING was non-existent. Hotel controlled, no room thermostat. I have never experienced a 4 star hotel wthat did not have a in room thermostat. I would highly recommend the hotel to change this concept.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and modern feel
• Location: 10 Awesome location, very central.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Good services however there was too much nickle-and-dimeing. Had to pay to use the computer, had to pay to buy a travel charger.

• Quietness: 5 Could hear through walls and hear other rooms.

• Value for money: 5 Good value, but I still can't believe the air conditioning situation.
