• Positive: Traditionally Spanish ,loved the Moorish rooms,and little balcony
• Negative: Very difficult finding our way into the hotel as we accessed it from Car park downstairs, not the best welcome at reception on arrival,maybe it’s a Spanish thing but hotels in Ireland are so friendly on check in and I guess we always expect that, no bar open for drinks which was disappointing but realise it’s winter time,

• Negative: Lack of a hotel bar. The hotel restaurant was closed for the length of our stay. We'd been looking forward to eating there.

• Staff: 10 We asked for a change of room & the receptionist. Elvida, took the time to find 4 options for us & showed them to us. No problem & no charge. Also no charge for checking out at 5pm.

• Room: 7.5 The original room allocated to us (204) was dark with only one small window. We asked for a change & this was done immediately. Next room (108) much nicer & lighter with French doors. But no view at all.
• Value for money: 7.5 Nice breakfast.

• Negative: We have stayed in the hotel many times but this time the standard has dropped the cleaning off the room left a lot to be desired.We where there for a week and the bed sheets were not changed also people were allowed to wander around the hotel mostly not wearing masks touching everything on the terrace there was no hand gel to be seen disappointed especially with Covid-19 still rife
