• Would you recommend it? I don't know
• Positive: Very good English speaking receptionists that were also very polite and very helpful - they made me feel like I was in a 5* hotel. Rooms were cleaned everyday and I always received clean towels.
• Negative: Hotel is located in a very noisy area so it is impossible to sleep longer than to 8 a.m. The room is extra small so it is only made to be able to sleep at night and take a shower. Everything is very old and towels, bed covers, sheets, blankets are clean but I could see stains that didn’t wash well over time and they should be replaced a long time ago. Furniture and general hotel style was awful.

• Positive: The Person at the reception was able to satisfy my wishes for a special room number(504 or 505) during my stay at the hotel. Two or three times a year we stay at your hotel. It would be perfect if you could manage these two numered rooms in further reservations.

• Negative: Staff was untrained, they opened doors without confirming if anyone is inside the room. The facilities mentioned were not provided, the hairdryer was broken, towels given were insufficient & even though it was very hot & muggy inside the room the staff refused to switch on the AC. All in all, it was a pretty bad experience. Would never recommend anyone to stay here
