• Positive: La edificación del hotel.
• Negative: Hotel dejado por los años que tiene. Una pena que no le hagan un mantenimiento como toca. La calefacción no funcionaba en la habitación ni zona nobles. El desayuno normal. Las habitaciones con mucho polvo y las mantas sucias y quemadas. Una pena que no le dediquen más a estos detalles.

• Positive: La limpieza muy correcta.
• Negative: Ni nos funcionaba la bañera de hidromasaje, no había técnico de mantenimiento, entonces nos cambiaron de habitación. La nueva habitación era más pequeña que la primera, pero aún así no estaba mal. Al volver de cenar sobre las 9, fuimos a encender la TV y tampoco funcionaba, volvimos a llamar pero tampoco podían solucionarlo, no había técnico. Esta vez no nos cambiaron de habitación, simplemente se nos dijo que teníamos que esperar al día siguiente. Estuvimos sólo una noche. En general el hotel está bien, pero dada su categoría me esperaba mejor nivel de la habitación, y más tratándose de una júnior suite, especialmente con el tema de mantenimiento, que visto lo visto, es escaso...

• Location: 5 Las vistas a la Sierra son bonitas, y no está muy lejos de Granada capital.

• Room: 5 Para ser una júnior suite me esperaba algo más
• Value for money: 5 El precio está muy bien, pero comparado con otros hoteles, cobráis un precio de una doble estándar, ofreciendo una Júnior Suite, pero realmente es una doble estándar, a mi parecer.
