• Negative: The lack of co-operation of some staff, who seem to think that all British are drunken hooligans. Hence, the same disposable plastic cups were never replaced in the room. Staff were much more accommodating, helpful & cheerful towaerds non British clients.

• Cleanliness: Not rated Could not replace dirty disposable plastic cups in the room. Balcony was dirty, cigarette ends squashed on table & floor; with spilt drink on floor too.
• Location: 7.5 Fun location, near beach, lots of bars & restaurants.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 WiFi useless
• Staff: 5 When I received a puncture wound to my shoulder, from the fire hose, metal box, protruding from the wall; the staff were uncnoncerned. A child could split their head open on one of these metal boxes, which should be set into the wall; therefore not causing danger. H&S not good. Restaurant staff were very nice. Reception staff, especially older one with glasses. She was condescending & was more interested in non-British. She pretended that she could not understand me. I tried speaking some Spanish, to which she seemed disaproving & made out that she could not understand English. Younger ones were more helpful.
• Quietness: 5 Party resort, so noise is expected. Good to hear people having fun.
• Room: 5 Our 1st room was on the far edge of hotel, 3rd floor. No sunlight. When we asked to change room to a sunny balcony, we were told that we had the biggest room. This was untrue. We were moved to a room of similar size. The first one had a corridor leading to the room, which made the staff say that it was a bigger room. The made false statements.
• Value for money: 5

• Positive: Personnel sympathique, charmant et serviable, emplacement impeccable au centre et pas loin de la mer.
• Negative: Infrastructure de l'hôtel , chambre trop petite ainsi que la salle de bain pour un couple avec 2 enfants et un bébé , pas d'animations et la piscine est mal situé donc pas de soleil et pas agréable de s'asseoir au bord de la piscine puisqu'on est presque dans la rue.
