• ここが良かった: My husband and I just got back from our stay in Eurostar Marina Hotel in Barcelona. This was our first time to visit Barcelona and our first time at stay in the Grand Maria Hotel. We arrived late on a Monday (after 10am) and we had no problems with the check in went to our room (a suite) on the seventh floor with views over the harbour. The reception staffs were pleasant and very helpful. Even though we were not to book into after 3pm Our room are spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hotel is discreetly luxurious and minutes away from Las Rambelas. Absolutely wonderful. I found the entire staff to be very helpful and kind; there was always a hello and a smile. I would recommend this hotel. My husband and I will make it our home away from home when we are in Barcelona again.

It is UNBELIEVABLE that you call yourself a five star hotel. Stay at the Peninsula in Hong Kong or the Bangkok Shangri La and tell me if you think that you measure up. I will tell you.... YOU DON'T

• ここが気に入らなかった: (1) Your secret policy of demanding payment halfway through our stay, and (2) The fact that when this surprise payment was due you chose to harass my shy and sensitive wife, who didn't know what you were talking about. (3) In addition, on our last day my wife was feeling unwell and the water flow to room 711 stopped completely. You sometimes made our stay very emotionally and physically uncomfortable for my wife.

• ここが気に入らなかった: our price inc champagne casino tickets and a welcome drink none of which was delivered. The champagne was finally delivered at 12.10am ! they woke us up. We complained the next morning and they knocked off the price of breakfast but as this was included anyway was a poor effort. The cost of a sandwich and drink for 2 in the bar was £50.00. Daylight robbery.
