• Personal: 10 friendly and helpful at the main desk. They were able to provide us with a useful meeting space at no charge

• Lage: 10 The only thing I wish I would have known how close it was to the Metro when we arrived. We took a taxi that dropped us off 2-3 blocks away

• Personal: 10 Very nice. One person would not accept that we turned in our form for the airport shuttle and that WE had called the shuttle service ourselves, even when we told him we hadn%27t. It would have been nice if he would have not argued with me.

• Lage: 10 Muy buena, pero ultimamente (he ido en bvarias oportunidades) limitada por las obras en Sol y por las calles peatonales alrededor. Los Taxis no quieren ir hasta el hotel
• Einrichtungen und Service: 7,5 Los banos son muy buenos, amplios, remodelados. Pero solamente colocan un champu y unjabon pequeno. Faltan otros detalles atractivos
• Personal: 7,5 Con frecuencia no esta nadie para ayudar con las maletas
• Ruhe: 7,5 Por la cercania a Sol hay un poco de bullicio. Pero no es algo grave
• Zimmer: 7,5 No todas las habitaciones son bien amplias. La ultima que ocupe era mas bien incomoda.
• Preis-Leistungs: 7,5 Me parecio un poco exagerado, para una persona, la segunda noche lo cobraban a 100 euros, sin desayuno y sin impuesto.

• Zimmer: 7,5 make sure you ask for a room with a view, some of the rooms have windows looking out to walls and you have very little idea of weather extra. When asked to move we had a fantastic view of the main streets with two large balcony doors - beautiful! moving was no hassle!

• Lage: 10 es de lo mejor que tiene el hotel
• Einrichtungen und Service: 2,5 que yo sepa, y voy 2 veces al año, salvo la cafetería, que está bien, no hay más variedad. De acuerdo el Ordenador para clientes (muy bien)

• Zimmer: 7,5 Muy bien salvo una sábana que tenía un agujero, pequeño pero agujero. Por favor, instrucciones para parar la calefacción, o en su día el aire acondicionado
• Preis-Leistungs: 5 Si fuera más caro buscaría otras opciones. De hecho en estos dos último años ha subido bastante.

• Sauberkeit: 10 Throughout the hotel the standards were very good.
• Lage: 10 Absolutely excellent!!
• Einrichtungen und Service: 10 Very effecient well staffed reception. Two lifts, very quick, no problems. The hotel has along one side a big terrace bar/cafe on the Calle Carmen which is great for sitting, people watching, planning, reading, snacks & meals, meeting up, last drinks, etc. Very useful in city centre location. The inside cafe/restaurant were very good on ocassions we used them. Service was very slick.
• Personal: 10 Hard working and sometimes pressurisied by sheer numbers, I was impressed by the way they handled everything that came there way. I must mention the reception staff as well, especially the one who cheerfully pulled our two heavy cases 500 yards to find us a taxi because the taxi ranks had been closed for a demonstration in the Puerte del Sol.
• Ruhe: 10 This hotel is right in the heart of things. If you don%27t like city centre crowds, don%27t go. The streets at just about any time reminded me of football crowd on the move. We had a balcony overlooking the main Plaza. It was lively, noisey and always entertaining day and night but as soon as you closed the double glazed windows it was very peaceful! No problems.
• Zimmer: 7,5 The room we had was termed superior but not in my opinion & based on my travels. However the cleanliness, amenities, bed, etc. were all OK. I choose it for the balcony and view which definately added to the holiday. For the most part a typical city centre hotel bedroom.
• Preis-Leistungs: 10 YES. An excellent location for seeing the main sights of central Madrid.

• Negativ: outside noise and noise from the interior courtyard.Courtyard design did not allow any circulation of outside air. We had to open the room door to get air movement.

• Lage: 10 Easy to get to major points of interest in Madrid
• Einrichtungen und Service: 7,5 Loved the outdoor terrace and liked the bar.

• Ruhe: Nicht bewertet the issue here is we stayed between the room heat and AC season. We could not turn the AC on or the fan to circulate air. We had to open the windows and the outside noise until very early morning was too great to allow for a restful sleep.
• Zimmer: 10 room was very comfortable. However the exit light was too bright.
• Preis-Leistungs: 10 great value considering the location.
