This is a conveniently-situated hotel in an important financial district of Madrid, well-served by public transport and not far from the Bernabeu football stadium and the Congress Palace. The hotel offers spacious and functional facilities and comfortable, cosy accommodation. Amongst the facilities and services there is on-site parking, a varied buffet breakfast and the Olite meeting room ideal for business or celebratory events. The nearest metro station is Valdeacederas and connects directly with Madrid’s main tourist centre (Puerta del Sol). There is straightforward access to the M-40 and M-30 roads allowing access to the IFEMA exhibition centre and airport in 10-15 minutes. In addition, the hotel is relatively close to Plaza del Castilla and the Chamartin train station. The hotel has both street-facing and interior rooms.   • Negative: Mande un email solicitando un early check in a las 11 y me contestaron, volví a escribir y nunca tuve respuesta. Llame para preguntar de nuevo el día de check in y me informaron que tiene un costo extra... cosa que esperaba me hubiesen informado en el email ya que en la página hablan del late check out pero no del early check in. Me sentí estafada pues ya no me quedaba más remedio. De haberlo sabido habría programado de otra manera. Un taladro y las camareraa de pisos trabajando en la planta es el.hilo musical que uno no espera

  • Negative: Aunque teníamos la calefacción a tope sentimos bastante frío y dormimos con la manta extra todas las noches. Los desayunos, estaban muy ricos pero falta variedad. Hay que pagar en el momento de efectuar la entrada al hotel.

  • Cleanliness: 10 Las chicas encargadas de la limpieza son muy amables y muy buenas profesionales. Te ayudan en lo que puedan y si les dices que dejen algo de una manera específica, se muestran encantadas de ayudarte y lo encuentras tal como lo pediste. Un lujo, olé por ellas
