• Positive: We like everything about the hotel. The hotel is very well located. Our room was cleaned everyday. The staff was very nice. We loved the swimming pool and sunbathing facility on 10th floor. Breakfast might be diversere. Breakfast that was offered was very good.

• Positive: This hotel is greate. It is located in central Madrid just at the main road, it is big, it has a pool on the roof for all guests and the rooms are all fabolous.

• Cleanliness: 10 Its a clean hotel!
• Location: 10 Just next to Grand Via and close to central Madrid
• Common facilities and services: 10 Pool on the roof with bar and a fantastic view across the buildings towards the castle. Don´t miss the sunset from here. Hotel have three quick lifts áll going to toplevel 10.
• Staff: 10 They make it all happen if you have and questions
• Quietness: 7.5 Even the the hotel is next to Grand Via, that is a very crowdy road. The rooms against the street are silent.
• Room: 10 They have so many different rooms and I have stayed in many of them. Ordinary rooms are renovated och keep a high standard. Rooms corresponding to a suite are more exclusive with an older style furniture (still modern). Beds are all comfortable and good.
• Value for money: 10
