• Staff: 2.5 OK on check in. Reported blocked sink and dirty linen but nothing was done about this, Complained for second time after several hours and was moved to another room which was very different and new. No apology. Nobody asked if new room was acceptable. Poor service in bar, on check out nobody asked if stay had been good.
• Quietness: Not rated Cleaners woke us up very early banging doors. Very noisy.
• Room: Not rated Our first room was no good - small, old furniture and bathroom. Linen was old and pillows dirty. Sink was blocked - why didn't the cleaners see this when they were cleaning?
• Value for money: Not rated 4 star - I don't think so, We stayed in 6 hotels ranging from 2 - 5 stars and this was the worse by far,
