• Staff: 5 Personnel trop présent. A chaque entrée dans l'hôtel, plusieurs personnes vous "sautent dessus" pour vous saluer. De plus, il y a tellement de personnes derrière le comptoir que l'on ne sait pas à qui s'adresser et aucun ne se met réellement en avant pour vous répondre.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Rooftop bar had great views though it was annoying that the general public took over the lift all the time. Think there should be a separate lift.This did not help to make the hotel feel exclusive
• Staff: 5 Staff treated you as very uncool
• Quietness: 5 Could hear some noise but windows were well sound proofed
• Room: 5 View was great but bed out against window so could not open it very well. Coat hangers broke but not replaced even though we asked and no glasses for drinks in mini bar. No sink in toilet to wash hands and not sure why the bath was not in the bathroom - did not add anything to the room. A proper wardrobe would be nice instead of a fringed curtain which just got in the way.
