• Négatif: I made a reservation through you for 2 nights starting July 7 at Hotel Villa Garibaldi primarily because of its location across the Unesco Annex but when I arrived at the hotel, I was denied accomodation on the ground that the sink in my room was out of order. Without any prior advice , I was informed instead that a room was reserved for me at Hotel Alyss. At that point, I had no choice (it was midnight) and while they paid for my taxi to Hotel Allys, it turned out to be a long walk to the Unesco in the summer heat. What was more objectionable was that the rate which Hotel Villa Garibaldi agreed for me at Hotel Alyss was higher than if I myself directly got the room. Such lack of professionalism is unconscionable and I expect you to take up my case with them. My email is rlotilla@pemsea.org.

• Positif: The size of the quad rooms. The receptionists were very polite and helpful with directions. The proximity of the Segur Metro stop allowed me to navigate my way around Paris, at very little cost.
